Architectural supervision

Architectural supervision is a quality control of an individual, who supervised the preparation of the design documentation, of the implementation of design solutions during the construction and executive documentation made on its basis.

The implementation of technical supervision over the construction of the facility involves the achievement of the following goals:

Functions of architectural supervision:

·        tracking the compliance of restoration work with design solutions;

·        clarification of design decisions;

·        coordination of replacement of the materials;

·        development and approval of new local design solutions;

·        participation in the reaffirmation of hidden works;

·        assistance in the acceptance of work performed;

·        keeping a log of author’s supervision.

Technical supervision

Technical supervision is a verification of construction quality. Conducting an assessment of compliance of the facility under construction with the safety requirements established by technical regulations, regulatory documents and safety standards.

Functions of technical supervision:

•         control of compliance of the work performed with the approved design and estimate documentation;

•         control over compliance with the requirements of regulations, technology of general construction and restoration work, installation and other special works;

•         control over the quality of building materials, products, structures and equipment;

•         participation in the acceptance of certain types of work with the registration of the required documents for the payment of the work done;

•         assistance in the reaffirmation of hidden works;

•         participation in the acceptance of work performed;

•         keeping a log of technical supervision.
